To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDCXS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to IDCXS in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the United States, and the laws of the United States shall govern these terms.
